“Songbirds” is a passion project. We truly believe that, in order to protect the importance of music in the face of the many changes upon us, we as musicians need to come together. Whether you have a background in classical music, pop, hip-hop, or jazz, we all share many of the same values and the same love for music: specifically, for song. “Songbirds” brings people together and puts everyone on a pedestal.

The two of us spend a great deal of time researching each artist we interview, transcribing the interviews by hand, involving the artists in the editing process, and creating all of the graphic design — all while pursuing our own musical careers. We strongly believe in what we do, which is why we want to keep this website accessible to everyone.
